The keypad stores all necessary functions and codes to stay operational at all times; even when the office even if the system is offline.
Use an optional pinhole camera to see and record who is using the keypad. A great compliment to your existing surveillance system.
When in range of the keypad, tenants can open the gate without having to leave their car! If delinquent, the app will prompt them to make a payment before granting access. Tenants and managers can access from their phones with the tenant app and manager app respectively. Both apps are available for iOS and Android.
